Someone is always ready to answer

The routine questions handled at any hour, so your people do the work only people can do.

What arrives

Every hour
of every day, including the ones you are asleep for
Dozens
of languages, if your customers need them
The routine
handled; anything unusual handed straight to you
Every word
kept, so nothing said to you is lost

The eleven o'clock enquiry#

Most of what arrives late at night is the same six questions. Answering them at eleven is the difference between a booking and somebody who has already moved on by morning.

Where I draw the line#

This part does not get to say anything with your name on it that you have not agreed to. It drafts, it suggests, it handles the routine, and anything outward-facing waits. That limit is set by you, not by me.
