Where a new enquiry goes, without anyone moving it

A new enquiry is read, sorted and sent to the right place, and the same information reaches the tools you already use without anybody retyping it.

What arrives

Sorted and tagged
as it arrives, by what it is and where it came from
One inbox
for enquiries from your site, your phone and your chat
An acknowledgement
back at any hour, while enquiry volume stays in the normal range for a small business
No retyping
between the tools you already work in
Every handover
recorded, so you can see where something went
Accounts you hold
or a setup stood up for your business alone

The enquiry that fell between two things#

Almost nothing is lost inside a system. It is lost between two of them - the form that filled in, the inbox nobody watched on a Saturday, the note somebody meant to copy across on Monday and did not.

Sorting happens where the enquiry lands rather than where somebody eventually looks. It is read, labelled by what it actually is, and put in front of whoever deals with that kind of thing, with the original text intact so nothing is summarised away.

Whose it is, and where it runs#

The routines that do this run in accounts you hold, or on a setup stood up for your business alone. Not on something shared with other companies, and not on a seat rented from me. That is deliberate, it is the arrangement described on the ownership page, and it is the reason none of this stops if I do.

What happens when you get busier than this#

The immediate acknowledgement holds while enquiry volume stays in the normal range for a small business. Past that range there is a running cost, and it is a modest one, but it is not nothing and I am not going to let you discover it on a statement.

You will hear from me before it matters, with the number in front of us. Growing out of a limit is a good problem and it should feel like one.
