The money that comes back without you asking

Arrangements that renew on their own, retry a card that fails, and remind the customer before anybody has to chase.

What arrives

Renewals
that happen on the day they should, with nobody remembering
A failed card
retried on its own, and the customer told
A reminder
before a renewal, so nothing arrives as a surprise
Almost anywhere
your customers are, paying in the currency they use
Across borders
the money still reaches you, wherever they are
A cancellation
stops the next charge and shows on your side promptly

The quiet half of getting paid#

Work that repeats is the steadiest money a small business has, and it is also the money most often lost to nothing more dramatic than an expired card. The customer did not leave. Nobody noticed for two months.

A card that fails gets tried again on a sensible schedule, the customer is told what happened in plain words, and a renewal is flagged before it lands rather than after. None of that needs you.

Customers in other countries#

Your customers pay in the currency they already think in, from most places they are likely to be, and the money reaches you even though you and they bank in different countries. Which places, exactly, follows from the payment route we choose together - it is the same condition as on the receipts and tax page, and it is worth reading there.

Where this stops#

A customer who cancels is gone. The next charge does not happen and you are told promptly, rather than finding out from a quiet month. That is the honest behaviour and it is the one you want, even though it is the one nobody enjoys.

And a retry is not a collection. If a card keeps failing, the system stops asking and hands it to you. Chasing a debt is a human conversation and I will not pretend a schedule can have it for you.
