What is being watched

All the time, rather than on a schedule. The parts that can stop are checked continuously, and if one of them stops behaving, an alarm is raised immediately.

Most of what gets fixed, you never find out was broken.

The watching is continuous and the alarm is immediate. The person who answers it is a person, and a person is sometimes asleep.

So: I hear about it straight away. I do not promise everything is repaired before you notice, because that is not something one person can guarantee and you would be right not to believe anyone who said it.

What you get instead is that you are never the monitoring. You will not be the one who finds out from a customer.
