What the monthly covers
The keeping-up, the watching, the fixing, and being able to ask somebody who already knows.
It is a standing capability, not a support plan#
A support plan waits for you to report something. This is the opposite of that. It is closer to what a large company has in the building and never thinks about.
To do it yourself you would need somebody who builds, somebody who handles security and somebody who follows how businesses get found. You do not need any of them full time, and you could not justify hiring one, let alone three.
What is actually inside it#
The watching, continuously. The fixing, including the things you never hear about. Keeping up with what changes underneath. The small changes you ask for. And being able to ask a question of somebody who already knows how your business works, without explaining it from the start.
What it is not#
It is not a licence. Nothing stops working if you stop paying it — what stops is the keeping-up, which is a slower and more honest consequence.
The number#
Deliberately not in this library. Amounts change, and a figure written in two places goes out of date in one of them.
It is on the pricing page, in public, with the build and the running costs beside it.
